What is a wedding? It is a man and a woman showing the world that they love and respect each other enough to say it is forever.

What is our wedding photography? It is capturing the essence of the day, the emotions, the tears, the laughter, maybe even the rain, so many of those moments that rush past in that bright ephemeral light that is a wedding day. It is recording the little details that took so much thought and inspiration, so much searching for just the right colour or design.

We become involved, in the weeks and days before, so that by the wedding day we are friends quietly recording the day. By tomorrow the food will be gone, the flowers will have started to fade, and so will the memories. Within weeks the results of our work will have rejuvenated those memories, with images encapsulated in the most marvellous albums or stunning frames, to greet you and remind you every morning of that oh so strange and wonderful day that was your wedding - that day to start the rest of your life, because any less than the rest of your life would just not be enough.
