a quiet moment to end the week with A reminder; in life, where you place your focus changes what you find - "Beauty Perceived"

What you see when you stop long enough, is not what you see at first glance.
Beauty perceived is what comes from learning to slow down, "that you may look until you see".
An old door, photographed in France, in desperate need of a rub-down and a coat of paint. But also a thing of beauty, a work of art resulting from the effects of time and weather.
Ever looked in the mirror and seen that? It can be hard, but others often see something else entirely. They see a face that has lived, noticed, endured. Age doesn’t remove charm – it deepens it.
I remember many years ago being on a yacht, with a skipper whose face was like carved teak - maybe not beauty, but certainly magnificent.
If this speaks to you in any way and you'd like to combine the opportunity of similar weekend moments, with a Wednesday Simple Photography Tips blog, then do subscribe - and that itself will open up different opportunities to take a better view on life. If you’ve subscribed, you’re very welcome to become more involved in the journey; Phase 2 is a quiet, supportive space to put things into practice, and to gently recover the part of you that can get lost in the busyness of life, that you may look until you see.
What appeals to you most in this blog, the truth of the words, the peeling paint, or the fascination that stopping and looking, searching the scne can bring?
Have open eyes and an open heart!

In my view, the article's use of indicators to create a link between them and the results is consistent. The language is still the same. Additional thematic background on the topic is provided by the website. Platforms for interactive media make it easier to assess structures.
