Take a Sip of Heaven

Not a simple photography tip as such, but more like inspiration through Photography and Words—a mix of visual with sometimes humorous reflection.
Taken this morning at the Stalls just off the A30 outside Fovant in Wiltshire, England. Just a few moments of sipping the most delicious Flat White; the Espresso is even better.
Strange as it sounds, sharing a coffee with no one but yourself is a wonderful headspace, no demands, no agenda, no obligation to bare your soul. Just a small place of peace where you can breathe, sip the stuff of heaven, perhaps even contemplate whether coffee is available in heaven. Smile, cos smiling, even when you're down, or sad, does something to your brain that is good.
Whatever state you're in, set yourself the challenge of naming five good (however tiny, just search for them, you'll start to notice the tiniest glimmers) things that have happened, you've noticed, or heard about.
Then an even bigger challenge, express gratitude for them, dwell on them, let them start to bring a new light.
Even bigger big challenge - do it for a week, either over a personal coffee, or just over a well deserved one next weekend.
Let's start a 'Coffee Gratitude Movement' !!! Share with others so they can walk the path of gratitude through the dark and shitty stuff that so often seems to block the path.
Just do it, be kind, guard your heart.
And if you haven’t signed up yet, please consider subscribing to stay connected and support this shared journey where creativity thrives, inspiration flows, and imperfections become art.
I sent notification to my subscribers yesterday of a new Level within my Simple Photography Tips. If you've not read it, perhaps have a look and see if it's of interest.
