Stand still, breathe, and remember the moment - let your body sigh inside, and then breathe out slowly - take in fresh air.

All we have is today - that's the present. Is there anything you can do to make it more precious - kind words, forgiveness, to yourself or others.


Finding a place to view sunrise, or sunset, to stop, take out the EarPods if they're in, and focus on another level of perception.


Most of us were taught we have five senses. In reality, we also have senses that help us read our body, movement, and internal state. Sunrise and sunset are perfect moments to practise them, because the world slows down enough for you to feel what is usually drowned out.
